Handicap International is also involved in special education and is working alongside its partners to help 11 schools for deaf and blind children with, in particular, a pilot project at the school in Wonsan, Kangwon Province. The project developed with this school included setting up a vocational training section. Seminars are regularly held there, bringing together the heads of similar schools from across the DPR Korea.
