Working at headquarters

As an employee

Headquarters provides support for teams working in the field and consists of several departments. The operations department needs a variety of profiles: programme managers, people experienced in financing organisations, or who have a profile specialised in disability-related themes.
Alongside the Operations department, other departments back up the programmes with various skills in financial management, accounting, human resource management and also in communication and marketing.

Handicap International offers traditional contracts under Belgian law, plus a series of advantages: hospitalisation insurance, group insurance and lunch vouchers. Wages are calculated using a wage grid that takes into account your skills and the experience you have acquired.
Job offers are regularly published on our site

You have a few hours free every week and would like to use your energy for the benefit of an association? We’d be glad!
