Description of the mission
The Global Health department is looking for a volunteer for the translation of a workshop about Health, Climate Change, and Energy. The Global Health unit organize a 3 sessions workshop online, 2 hours each, with external guests, in English. We need to translate the PowerPoint used and adding subtitles to videos in Spanish to reach HI colleagues from other regions.
Profile
- You have previous volunteer or professional experience in translation;
- You hold a degree in Languages, Literature and Translation;
- You have an excellent written knowledge of Spanish and English (preferably native Spanish speaker and bilingual in English);
- You are interested in development cooperation, humanitarian action and disarmament;
- You are able to work independently and in an organized manner;
- You are comfortable with the Office suite and computers in general;
- You are comfortable with new computer technologies;
- You have a high level of rigor and attention to the quality of your work.
